PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a simple assembly, and accomplish a sufficient control distance with a slight force by slidably supporting a clamping device in the axial direction through the interposition of a spring on a shaft, disposing a control member at the outside of the shaft, and loading the clamp device with forces by the adjusting member in the axial direction. ;SOLUTION: Each clamping device 3 works to grasp the region of a form plate, e.g. the rear side peripheral part, and is slidably disposed to a shaft 5 the axial direction, and further provided with spring members 6 between the clamp devices 3. A nut 7 is provided on a thread 23 of the end part of the shaft 5 as an adjusting member 7. By this adjusting member 4, the clamping devices 3 are loaded with force under the compression of the spring member 6. When the adjusting member 7 is tightened, the clamping members 3 are moved together so as to compress the form plates, and when loosened, the clamping devices 3 are moved apart from each other in order to expand the periphery of the form plates. The shaft 5 is supported o a form cylinder by a supporting part 13, and the shaft 5 runs to permit flanges 8, 8' provided at its central part thereof to accept the force of the spring members 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
