(57) Abstract The system and the method of presuming Doppler shift compensation in the portable communication system are disclosed. The channel impulse response decisive circuit decides the channel impulse response for the channel where the signal is received. Using the known sign and channel impulse response of 1 sets, standard vector occurs, error vector occurs by comparing with the signal sample which receives standard vector. Furthermore, it is possible to decide the noise dispersion of the signal which arrives. Next, the Doppler correction factor which possesses with the real number part which displays amplitude correction and the imaginary number part which displays phase correction is presumed.
