PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical paper having improved environmental aspects, cost aspect, gas barrier properties and the like, and characteristics such as hand cutting properties (tearing properties), moisture-proof properties, oxygen gas barrier properties, printability, bag manufacturing properties, and other properties, and a dividedly packaging bag made by using it.;SOLUTION: The powder paper comprises a laminated body wherein a barrier layer comprising a thin film of an inorganic oxide is provided on one face of a biaxially oriented polyester resin film, and in addition, a heat-sealable resin layer is provided on the barrier layer. In addition, the pharmaceutical paper is characterized by that the biaxially oriented polyester resin film with the barrier layer comprising the thin film of the inorganic oxide has a non-penetrated blemish mark and/or a through hole at a position corresponding to a heat seal part when the bag is manufactured, and the laminated body has a moisture permeability of less than 3 g/m² day.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
