PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic statistical information generation device reducing capacity of a memory or storage capacity of an on-vehicle traffic information processor, and speeding up processing in the device.;SOLUTION: This traffic statistical information generation device has a time-classified statistical processing part 2 for calculating a time zone-classified statistic of each time zone by performing day average processing of history data of a prescribed plurality of days of history data of each day and each time zone accumulated as traffic information history data 1.
