PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noninvasive blood analyzing and measuring apparatus capable of noninvasively and easily analyzing blood without an unpleasant feeling by measuring and analyzing the blood of the artery in vivo by ultrasonic waves. PSOLUTION: By using a sensor composed of an ultrasonic transmission/reception element for transmitting and receiving the ultrasonic waves to/from an artery blood flow in vivo from the surface of a living body, blood flow information changed with time is measured by doppler signals and pulse echo signals obtained from the transmission and reception of the ultrasonic waves. Intensity for each doppler shift amount component is obtained from the obtained doppler signals and an artery blood vessel diameter is obtained from the obtained pulse echo signals. A change rate corresponding to the number of red blood cells and the change rate of a blood vessel cross sectional area are calculated by utilizing the fact that signal intensity changes depending on the blood flow, and an index value relating to a hematocrit value is calculated from the respective calculated change rates.
