PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve an operation period conforming to a retrieval request, and to find out a file included in an operation period.;SOLUTION: The storage place information of a file browsed in the past by a user is acquired from an operation history DB, based on a retrieval request, and the file browsed in the past by the user from the storage place information is retrieved by a text in the file and the attributes of the file, and file conforming scores expressing the conformity of each file to a retrieval request is calculated, and experience scores are calculated, and integral conforming scores are calculated by integrating the file conforming scores of each file and the the experience scores of each content by using the operation history information, and a period object satisfying the retrieval request is extracted by using the integral scores, and the retrieval result of the period object is transmitted to the retrieval request origin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
