PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high activity catalyst having two types of fine pores of macro and meso fine pores, superior substance transportation capacity, and a high Ni specific area, by solving the problems in which the high specific area of a carrier cannot be effectively used, and the Ni specific area cannot be increased due to difficulty of high dispersion of Ni, resulting in insufficient characteristics.;SOLUTION: The Ni/SiO₂ catalyst carries Ni on binary fine pore silica having two types of fine pores of macro fine pores of micrometer region and meso fine pores of nanometer region, wherein a weight ratio of Ni/(Ni+SiO₂) of 0.2-0.6, and the Ni specific area of 20-50 m²/g.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
