PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice emphasis apparatus, mobile terminal, voice emphasis method and voice emphasis program in which a received voice is made clearer and easy to hear by emphasizing the voice while considering properties of both surrounding noises and the received voice.;SOLUTION: A voice emphasis apparatus includes: a noise level calculating means for estimating properties of noises around a mobile terminal user; an emphasis amount control means for setting a parameter upon receipt of a selection input from the user to control an emphasis amount in accordance with the setting; and an emphasis property calculating means for calculating an emphasis property for a received voice signal on the basis of properties of a received signal, the calculated properties of the surrounding noises, and the set parameter.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
