PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet developing electrophotographic photoreceptor superior in solvent resistance and sensitivity characteristics, and also to provide a wet developing image forming apparatus provided therewith, an electrophotographic photoreceptor superior in abrasion resistance and sensitivity characteristics, and an image forming apparatus provided therewith. PSOLUTION: In the wet developing electrophotographic photoreceptor and the electrophotographic photoreceptor or the like, a photoreceptor layer containing a binding resin, a hole transport agent and a charge generating agent is provided. A polycarbonate resin expressed by formula (1) and formula (2) or any one of them is included as the binding resin. However, a plurality of RSP1/SPto RSP9/SPof formulae (1) and (2) are independently hydrogen atoms, an alkyl group or the like and a mole ratio expressed by m/(m+n) is in a range of 0.05-0.6.
