Golf patting trainers and the ball are offered, the said ball has the even end and the friction surface, the patting practice ball, crossing the level patting aspect of the patting trainers due to the said aspect, reaches the point where it can slide. Coefficient of friction of the specification which is offered by the friction surface of this patting practice ball makes speed and the distance decrease where the patting practice ball moves on the patting aspect of the patting trainers.
