PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and accurately delete an applicable E-mail while securing high safety.;SOLUTION: Receiving a request to delete a transmission mail, a portable terminal 2a which has transmitted a normal mail to a portable terminal 2b transmits a delete request mail to the portable terminal 2b of a receiving side. Receiving a delete request mail, the portable terminal 2b transmits a delete confirmation mail to the portable terminal 2a. Receiving the delete confirmation mail, the portable terminal 2a transmits a delete execution mail to the portable terminal 2b.
