PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement effect measurement device calculating the high-accuracy number of noticing persons even if face detection is imperfect to measure it as advertisement effect. PSOLUTION: This advertisement effect measurement device has: an image input part 11; a face detection part 12; a face attitude estimation part 13 estimating a parameter value representing an attitude of a face; a state distinction part 14 distinguishing a state of a present frame of the detected face; a detection ID/gaze time impartment part 15 imparting a detection ID of the detected face and gaze time information based on the face state of the present frame, and a gaze time and the detection ID delivered from a detection state storage part 16; the detection state storage part 16 for temporarily storing each information of face detection time, a detection position, size, the face state, the detection ID, and the gaze time; a noticing person log storage part 17 accumulating each piece of information of the detection time, the detection ID, and the gaze time that are detection results as a noticing person log; a noticing person number counting part 18 for counting the noticing persons within a designated period from the noticing person log; and a result output part 19 for outputting a counting result.
