PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, method, and program for acquiring color correction information, and, a device, method, and program for print control, capable of acquiring good color reproducibility of a print image at low cost and with less labor. PSOLUTION: An alternate colorimetric data acquiring means acquires alternate colorimetric data by measuring color, in a prescribed color space, of a standard image printed on a printing medium with a standard ink recording amount for a printing device, with a prescribed alternate ink loaded on a print head related to a prescribed compliant ink. An error information acquiring means acquires an error information representing comparison result between the prediction colorimetric data acquired by conversion and a prescribed reference colorimetric data, by converting the alternate colorimetric data which is acquired into a prediction colorimetric data, for the printing device, when measuring color, in color space, of the image printed on the printing medium by the standard ink recording amount, with the compliant ink loaded on the print head relating to the prescribed compliant ink.
