PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a communication speed even when a shift communication dimension, a shift communication direction or an array of shift communication targets is changed in each time or even when shift communication is generated during a different procedure. PSOLUTION: Communication schedules are respectively independently generated in each dimension and in each direction and stored in a multi-dimensional shift communication schedule table corresponding to a divided arrangement method of an array one to one, and the shift widths of the dimension and the direction and the vertical shift width of a dimension smaller than the dimension are stored in a multi-dimensional shift communication pattern table, so that a communication schedule for multi-dimensional shift communication can be partially independently reused, and by reducing cost of generating the communication schedule, the communication speed can be increased.
