PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy consumption leveling system and an energy consumption leveling method for enabling each client to make a reservation for energy consumption according to the congestion level of reservation, and for supplying energy based on the information of reservation.;SOLUTION: This energy consumption leveling system is provided with first and second energy supply devices 1 and 2 for supplying energy to a plurality of loads 5(5.1, 5.2 through 5.n), an energy selecting device 3 for selecting one of the outputs of the first and second energy supply devices 1 and 2, and for outputting energy to the plurality of loads 5 and a controller 4 for switching the energy selecting device 3. Information display devices 6 (6.1, 6.2 through 6.n) are further installed in each of the plurality of loads 5, and the information display device 6 displays the information of reservation circumstances expressing the congestion level of reservation based on the whole reservation information about the plurality of loads 5.
