PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-base isolation method and a self-base isolation structure for an RC(reinforced concrete) structure capable of controlling the maximum horizontal displacement assumed at an earthquake by introducing a technology for bonding the fixed length portion of an unbonded PC(prestressed concrete) steel product to a precast concrete beam, and increasing the horizontal rigidity after the floating-up of the beam.;SOLUTION: The unbonded PC steel product is made to penetrate the precast concrete beam in the longitudinal direction, and both end sections of the unbonded PC steel product are fixed to a precast concrete column.
