PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image information transmitting device capable of avoiding a failure in the fetching of image information by an image processing program without deteriorating image quality and lengthening time for fetching an image. PSOLUTION: A first determination section 50 determines whether a composite machine 10 continuously outputs a plurality of pages of image data. A second determination section 52 determines whether an AP (application program) 60 can continuously input the plurality of pages of image data. When the first determination section 50 determines that the composite machine 10 continuously outputs the plurality of pages of image data, and the second determination section 52 determines that the AP 60 cannot continuously input the plurality of pages of image data; an output control unit 54 performs control so that the image data outputted from the composite machine 10 are outputted to the AP 60 for each page at prescribed timing.
