PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for monitoring environment in subsurface layer and a system for monitoring environment in subsurface layer using it which can monitor environment of wide subsurface layer without limitation in setting location.;SOLUTION: There are provided at least one detector (for example, a gap hydraulic-pressure (water level) meter 20) for detecting the status of subsurface layer and a transmitter/receptor (for example, wireless communication module 50) connected with the detectors for transmitting and receiving observation data detected with the detectors using a specific small power radio.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
