PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video with caption-reproducing device, can easily grasp the information, regarding the time the caption sentence is switched.;SOLUTION: A control part 23 of a cellular phone 1 receives a broadcast signal of one-segment broadcasting and obtains the number of captions, included in video-recorded content, the full reproduction time of the content, and a caption changing time added to each caption sentence. The control part 23 generates a time bar which indicates the length of the obtalined full reproduction time of the content, and line segments for the number of captions. Next, the control part 23 combines the generated line segments for the number of captions, at a position which corresponds to the caption changing time of each caption sentence of the time bar to generate a composited image.
