PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel video recommendation technique for capturing a video image meeting an interest of a user, that varies each moment, and presenting the captured video image to the user.;SOLUTION: In a scene that is not a video image utilization scene motivated positively, user operation is monitored to collect an operation log; and the operation log is analyzed to set a search parameter to be used for searching for a video image estimated that a user may be interested in, and the parameter is used to search for the video image, thereby capturing a plurality of video images estimated that the user may be interested in. While taking into account the scene being not a scene for utilizing a video image according to positive motivation, a presentation window for video recommendation is displayed on a processing screen which is being displayed at the present; and a listing of captured video images is displayed on the presentation window, degrees of user attention to the video images displayed as the listing are measured and in accordance with results of the measurements, display forms the video images to be displayed on the presentation window are modified.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
