PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire terminal die-drawing device, and a wire terminal die-passing device capable of safely and simply drawing a wire without any large labor load in an operation for drawing the wire to a predetermined length after a fore end of the wire is passed through a die.;SOLUTION: A die drawing device of a wire terminal draws a wire by a die to a predetermined length after inserting an end of the wire contracted successively in the longitudinal direction, and comprises a die fixing part, a rail part and a draw-driving unit provided on a frame. In the rail part, a wire terminal holding tool is arranged movably along the rail.
