PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein recognizing structure having an extremely high recognizing capability with respect to a specific protein and excellent in storage stability and productivity, an a protein recognizing substrate using this structure and excellent in use convenience and productivity, and a manufacturing method of them.;SOLUTION: The protein recognizing structure is manufactured by a method wherein a prepolymer is polymerized in a state that the prepolymer is brought into contact with the surface of a protein crystal to molecularly imprint the surface shape of the protein crystal and the specifical functional base region of the protein disposed on the surface of the protein crystal on the polymer formed by polymerizing the prepolymer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
