PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a truetone, a truetone-full, or the like, used as a ringtone of a mobile phone etc., entail a large memory capacity and a high cost because of a delivered music file being entire of an original piece of music as-is, or being of a long phrase of music, only.;SOLUTION: A music file of a small memory capacity is produced based on a viewpoint of user's convenience by extracting only a constituent short phrase of users' most favorite from an original piece of music. The small capacity of the music file not only causes a low utilization cost and improved users' convenience as compared to prior art, but also provides unprecedented new methods of using a music file, such as: adopting content of a lyric included in a short phrase to apply it to a ringtone or a sound effect; using a lyric included in a phrase as an attached file in such a form as used for a sentence of a mail as is; or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
