PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the contents of an electronic coupon already transmitted to a user terminal.;SOLUTION: An electronic coupon management device 1 prepares the electronic coupon according to an electronic coupon preparation condition transmitted from a shop terminal 3. The electronic coupon preparation condition includes an electronic coupon change condition. The electronic coupon is constituted of a plurality of scenarios displayed on the display of a portable terminal 5 every time the electronic coupon change condition is satisfied. The electronic coupon management device 1 transmits the first scenario of the electronic coupon to the portable terminal 5.
