PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process parallel data at a low cost, to remove unrequired data from the parallel data, and to output the data of the same number of parallels, in JC processing of inputting a data train provided with a stuff area for inserting actual data or meaningless stuff data for adjusting a data amount and outputting the actual data excluding the stuff data included in the data train.;SOLUTION: In the justification control processing circuit, a part of the inputted parallel data is selected and tentatively stored, the data of the same number of parallels for which the data are shifted according to the elimination of the stuff data are generated from the tentatively stored data and the parallel data inputted next, and a shift amount is controlled according to the kind of the data inserted to the stuff area.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
