(57) Abstract The antigen composition and method for diagnosing the detection and the syphilis of the antibody for syphilitic toreponema (Treponema pallidum) are stated. This antigen composition includes synthetic karujioripin and the synthetic lecithin. This antigen composition furthermore can include cholesterol and alcohol. As for this antigen composition, it is useful as the immunity reagent in the immunoassay method which designates the detection of the antibody which accompanies syphilitic toreponema infection as purpose. As for this method the sensitivity for the syphilitic toreponema infection symptom is high, unique.
