PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle cap assembly used for detecting the screwed state of a cap on a bottle by the detection of a positional relation between the screw angle check mark of the bottle and the screw angle check mark of the cap, in which the image of the bottle check mark formed on the support ring of the bottle can be clearly picked up by a camera from above under the fixed conditions at all times irrespective of a bottle type and, therefore, the screwed state of the cap on the bottle can be detected by a reliable image processing.;SOLUTION: The screw angle check mark of the bottle comprises a recess to a projection formed on the surface of the support ring surface of the bottle. The detection surface of the recess to projection has the normal line that is situated on the side of the outer circumference with respect to the normal line of the support ring surface, which is on the same circumference as the recess to projection.
