PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for establishing embryonic stem cell according to a novel approach, since there has been no example of preparation of the clone individual originating from the central nervous system adult nerve cell. PSOLUTION: The embryonic stem cells originating from adult nerve cell nuclei; the transformant that can be obtained by transferring a foreign gene into the embryonic stem cell; the differentiated cells, the differentiated tissue, or organ originating from the embryonic stem cell or the transformant; non-human transgenic animal created by using the embryonic stem cell or the transformant and the establish of the embryonic stem cell are provided.
