PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run-out detecting device for detecting a run-out angle between a rotating section of a laser generator and a generator body.;SOLUTION: This run-out detecting device (190) comprises a light-emitting section (193), which is attached to the generator body of the laser generator for emitting a laser light, a reflecting means (195), which is attached to the rotary section of the laser generator and reflects the light emitted from the light-emitting section, and a light receiving section (194) which is attached to the generator body and receives the light reflected by the reflecting means (195).
