Increase of selectivity of the intermediate distillation oil and/or you can obtain the increase of catalyst activity with the use of the catalyst which contains the beta zeolite and the Y zeolite which possesses the unit lattice size of 24.33 - 24.38 angstroms, in hydrogenation amount solution. The said catalyst may contain the additional Y zeolite which possesses the unit lattice size of 24.25 - 24.32 angstroms. Selective figure Figure 1
