PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition applied as slurry which restrains the emerging amount of block objects without lowering the solid consistency of cement slurry and therefore enables the emerging frequency of clogging in a filter part and an injection nozzle part to be reduced. SOLUTION: The cement composition applied as slurry which is developed for that purpose features comprising a portland cement component where contents of a water-soluble alkali and hemihydrate gypsum are 0.35 wt.% (in terms of Na2O) and 3 wt.%, respectively.
