PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a push can pressure regulator which is directly connected with a push can used for revision of a GC device to enable a gas economy in consumption by means of pressure reduction and flow control.;SOLUTION: There is provided a pressure regulator including a housing 10, a cover 30 for covering the housing 10, and a piston type pressure regulating valve mechanism 40 arranged between the housing 10 and the cover 30. In the regulator, there is provided an inflow port 11 for connecting the housing 10 and the push can 1, in an inner wall of the inflow port 11 a screw thread 12 is formed into which a protrusion (a head) 2 of the push can 1 can be screwed, an O ring 16 is mounted in the inflow port 11, and the O ring 16 is fixed to a push can connecting side by means of an O ring presser 19 having a hole portion 18 formed with a tapered surface 17. Further, the pressure regulating valve mechanism 40 includes a piston 50 which blocks off a first and second chambers and slides inside the cover 30, while the piston 50 is sealed by a Y packing 60 within an inner wall of the cover 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
