PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide buffering material for a disk drive unit which can be designed compact, reduced in number of parts and is excellent in the effect of attenuating vibration and buffering the impact, a connecting structure of disk drive unit and an electronic circuit board using this.;SOLUTION: A buffer section 15 for attenuating the vibration and buffering the impact and a conductive path 16 which makes a disk drive unit 12 and an electronic circuit board 18 conductive are set up on the buffering material 11 for the disk drive unit which is placed in a gap between the disk drive unit 12 which drives a disk-like recording medium and the electronic circuit board 18 for attenuating the vibration propagated between the disk drive unit 12 and the electronic circuit board 18 and buffering the impact.
