A definition database contains definition data defining how to create following data from a report: data item, type and date range of the report used for creating a folder, and a folder data item for each of a plurality of folders required by each of a plurality of job systems. A report given from an input terminal device is stored in a report database. Among the reports stored in the database, the report of the type and the date range based on the definition data is extracted. According to the data on the report extracted, the aforementioned plurality of folders are created as is defined in the definition data concerning how to create data on the folder data item from the report.
