PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute fault analysis for improvement in reliability of a device. PSOLUTION: This fault analysis system is provided with a plurlarity of node devices connected to multiplied loop type interface, a control part arranged for each of loop systems giving a control instruction to the node devices, a plurality of mutually connected enclosure service parts individually arranged for the respective loop systems for receiving the control instructions from the respective control parts for the respective loop systems via different predetermined node devices and controlling a connection status of the node device in each loop system. The control part is provided with a node separation control means distributing a plurality of node devices so that a predetermined node device is included in each enclosure service part in occurrence of a fault in the node device and connecting the distributed respective node devices to the respective enclosure service part for separating other node devices.
