PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet, a connector, and a method of manufacturing the anisotropic conductive sheet, the anisotropic conductive sheet easily securing certain electric connection even when an object to be electrically connected is conveyed by a carrier or the like.;SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive sheet includes a function sphere part where a plurality of conductive passage forming parts extending in the direction of thickness are insulated with an insulating part, and an insulating surrounding sphere part. The thickness of the function sphere part is larger than that of the surrounding sphere part, and an upper surface of the function sphere part projects above the surrounding sphere part. The connector is composed of the anisotropic conductive sheet. In the manufacturing method, an upper mold and a lower mold are placed facing each other by the medium of a frame shape spacer. The frame shape spacer uses a metallic molds, wherein a spacer main body corresponding to the surrounding sphere part, and a spacer main body corresponding to level difference of upper surfaces of the function sphere part and the surrounding sphere part are superimposed. The conductive passage forming part is formed by orienting conductive particles in the direction of thickness with parallel magnetic field, and a macromolecular matter material layer is subjected to hardening treatment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
