PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for neutralizing acidic aqueous solution, capable of performing neutralization safely and rapidly to obtain a neutralized aqueous solution not exceeding wastewater standards.;SOLUTION: The opening part 3 of a packaging bag 1 is bent at bending parts 4, 4' and the bending part 4' is fixed by a sheet 2 having the holding part joined to the packaging bag 1 to seal the opening of the packaging bag 1. The sheet 2 is torn by pulling the holding part 5 to open the packaging bag 1 and sodium bicarbonate housed in the packaging bag 1 is sprinkled over the acidic aqueous solution to neutralize the solution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
