PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe opening closure device used for closing a pipe end at a terminal of a pipe line which is already laid, when interrupting underground piping work and to enable connection of a new resin pipe after detaching the opening closure device immediately without cutting and removing the pipe end. ;SOLUTION: This opening closure device for a resin pipe is provided with: a cylindrical body 20 externally fitted to a resin pipe end 110 for keeping the shape of the resin pipe end 110; a surface plate 10 for closing a pipe opening 120; a support body 30 arranged inside the resin pipe end 110; a coming-off preventive member 60 sandwiching retaining the resin pipe end 110 interlocking with the cylindrical body 20; a positioning mechanism M1 for positioning the coming-off preventive member 60 while preventing its axial movement. The coming-off preventive member 60 is arranged inside the resin pipe 100. The fastening (positioning) mechanism M1 is arranged on only one position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
