PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method of preventing adhesion of microbes on a filler washer in an air conditioner for a painting booth, capable of sterilizing microbes on the filler washer by producing high-concentration ozone water. PSOLUTION: Ozone is mixed and dissolved in part of washer water in a washer water tank 12 by a vortex pump 20. The ozone water produced by the vortex pump 20 is reserved in a subordinate tank 23, and the ozone water in the subordinate tank 23 is sprayed to the filler washer 18 by the operation of a pump 29. Accordingly, adhesion of slime generated from microbes to the filler washer 18 can be prevented and the cleaning cycle of the filler washer 18 can be extended. Furthermore, by re-dissolving ozone in the ozone water in the subordinate tank 23 by the vortex pump 20 through a return pipe 27, high-concentration ozone water can be produced.
