PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel treatment device capable of stably supplying fuel in a liquid phase by solving such problems that since a current fuel treatment device desulfurizes liquid fuel in the liquid phase and a gas phase, a produced reaction product is taken out of a portion on a gas/liquid interface of a desulfurizer and supplied to a reforming system, the opening end of a taking out pipe is installed on the gas liquid interface in the desulfurizer, the gas liquid interface causes large up and down variation in starting or in change in a load, and pulsation in a supply fuel flow rate is increased. PSOLUTION: Gas phase fuel and liquid phase fuel are separated in a gas/liquid separating part equipped with a fuel supply part, a desufurizer, a gas liquid separator, and the reformer, and the gas phase fuel heats the reformer.
