Multicast tree construction system and method, network node apparatus and server apparatus

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a multicast tree among network node devices belonging to a private address space.;SOLUTION: A network node device 100 that wants to participate in a multicast tree transmits a connection destination request containing the network address of its own node device to a server 200. The server 200 compares the network address of originator of the connection destination request that has been received with the network address contained in the connection destination request. It judges that the network node device 100 belongs to a private address space if there is difference as an NAT device is interposed, and judges that it has a global address if there is agreement. If it is judged to belong to the private address space, a connection destination response 210 is sent back which designates other node device which belongs to the private address space and already participates in the multicast tree as a connection destination.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
