PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cooled constant-temperature liquid circulating device and a circulated-liquid temperature control method in the device capable of improving the stability of a temperature of the circulated liquid by optimizing a radiating water flow channel.;SOLUTION: In this water cooled constant-temperature liquid circulating device 1 wherein a heat exchanging portion 11c of a radiating tube 11 in which the radiating water of controlled flow rate flows, is disposed on a tank 10 of the circulated liquid, a pump 14 is disposed in a pipe conduit 13 in which the circulated liquid in the tank is circulated through an external device 2, and the constant-temperature circulated liquid is distributed to piping 20 of the external device by the pump, the radiating tube 11 is provided with an electric proportional valve 24 controlling the flow rate of radiating water distributed to the heat exchanging portion, and a solenoid valve 26 for distributing the radiating water of which the flow rate is controlled by the electric proportional valve to the heat exchanging portion with the optimum flow rate achieved by controlling an opening/closing time. The electric proportional valve 24 is controlled to achieve the flow rate more than a controllable low flow rate limit value and suitable for heat exchange with the circulated liquid in the heat exchanging portion, or slightly more than that.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
