摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously realize both flexibility adopting to various monitoring control targets and a real-time property in input/output of monitoring controlling data. PSOLUTION: This monitoring control data input/output program 7 has a three-layer structure of an information model layer 7A, a target-adaptable layer 7B, and an input/output-adaptable layer 7C. The target-adaptable layer 7B spontaneously issues a command for requiring monitoring data on the monitoring control target 2 to the input/output-adaptable layer 7C periodically or on the basis of a state change inside the monitoring control data input/output program 7. The target-adaptable layer 7B stores the monitoring data that are a response from the input/output-adaptable layer 7C to the spontaneously issued command. The information model layer 7A provides the corresponding monitoring data among the stored monitoring data to a retrieval request of the monitoring data from a mobile agent 60.
