PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device, a manufacturing method and a manufacturing program for manufacturing a self-standing packaging bag by forming a cutoff line for opening the discharge opening of the bag in the pattern of cutting the side face of the bag for forming the opening as well as the side face of the bag round for facilitating discharge.;SOLUTION: This device for manufacturing a self-standing packaging bag comprises feeding rollers 3, 4 for feeding a rolled up film 1, a folding mold 7 for folding the film in parallel with the film feeling direction, a longitudinal seal mechanism 10 for sealing the film with its both side edges superimposed, a lateral seal mechanism 6 for sealing the top end of the film 1 folded and lateral sealed and the bottom end of the following part of the film, and a content input mechanism 8 for driving a cut actuator 27 and dividing the top end seal part and the bottom end seal part of the following part, and for inputting a content in the inside of the film which is longitudinally sealed with its bottom end sealed and folded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
