PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a tool, for preventing the occurrence of surface treatment defect while avoiding gathering of air even in a recessed part opened downward in a bath liquid.;SOLUTION: The method and the tool are characterized in that the metallic member 1 is held by a hanging tool so that the recessed part 3 faces downward, a bath liquid guide tool 20 provided with a guide part 21a guiding the bath liquid into the recessed part 3 is provided below the recessed part 3 and when the metallic member 1 is immersed in the bath liquid, the bath liquid is guided to the recessed part 3 by the bath liquid guide tool 20, in the manufacturing method of a surface treated metallic member in which the metallic member 1 having the recessed part 3 on the surface 2 is immersed in the bath liquid to form a coating film on the surface 2 of the metallic member 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
