PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film-coated metal sheet excellent in high speed can making properties of a high processing degree, a low cost polyester film-coated metal sheet manufacturing method high in production efficiency, and a polyester film-coated metal can having good dent resistance and causing no film whitening phenomenon. PSOLUTION: The polyester film-coated metal sheet is obtained by coating a metal sheet with a mixed polyester film wherein PET: PBT is 60:40-30:70 wt.% and the film applied to the inner surface side of a can, when the polyester film-coated metal sheet is formed into the metal can, comprises a PET/PBT/olefinic polymer ternary composition wherein the mixed polyester and an olefinic polymer are mixed in a mixing ratio of 70:30-99:1 wt.% and the density thereof is 1.320 g/cmSP3/SPor below.
