PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection marker and a detection kit for detecting lung sarcoidosis and eye sarcoidosis. PSOLUTION: A specific antibody to an autoantigen relative to the lung sarcoidosis and the eye sarcoidosis is used as the detection marker. Blood or BAL liquid is extracted from a patient, and existence of an antibody is examined, and in the case of existence, it is determined that there is a possibility of the lung sarcoidosis or the eye sarcoidosis.
