PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air reformer manufactured at low cost by simple structure.;SOLUTION: In this air reformer 1, since an air reforming section 3 is provided with a sheet body 32 with an air reforming agent deposited on at least one side, and arranged in a cylindrical body 31, air passed through the inside of the cylindrical body 31 is reformed by being brought into contact with the air reforming agent deposited on the sheet body 32. When a connection section 2 having an air flow passage communicating with the air reforming section 3 is connected to a combustion device, reformed air is fed. Therefore, the combustion efficiency of the combustion device is improved, and saving in fuel and reduction in the total exhaust gas and carbon dioxide are achieved.
