SOLUTION: Twenty-five numbers which are not duplicated from each other are arranged in a matrix on a lot by forming the matrix of, for example, 5×5 on surfaces of individual lots having a form similar to that of a card for a bingo game to obtain a number matrix. In the number array, five numbers extracted at random from the numbers of 1 to 15 are arranged in a random sequence in a vertical column of, for example, X1.
