PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a relation between respective elements of evaluation information without requiring a cost in various domains, when extracting and outputting the evaluation information comprising an objective expression, an attribute expression and an evaluation expression from an input text data, and to allow an output while correlated with each other. PSOLUTION: Word information, intrinsic expression information, phrase information and dependency information are extracted from the text data, by a morphemic analytical part 6, an intrinsic expression extraction part 7 and a dependency analytical part 8, evaluation expression information is extracted from the word information, referring to an evaluation expression dictionary 3 and an evaluation expression rule 4, by an evaluation expression extraction part 9, attribute expression information is extracted from the word information, the intrinsic expression information, the phrase information, the dependency information and evaluation expression information, referring to a category filter, by an attribute expression extraction part 10, objective expression information is extracted from the word information, the intrinsic expression information, the phrase information, the dependency information, the evaluation expression information, and attribute expression information, by an objective expression extraction part 11, and the evaluation information is outputted by an evaluation information preparing part 12.
